Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1245P, RNA5SP131, and POLR2DP1. Each is linked with MIER3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER3-to-partner and partner-to-MIER3 results are reported.
