Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Chk2_pT68, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MIER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER3-to-partner and partner-to-MIER3 results are reported.
