MIER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD38, DMXL1_S1896, and FAM102A_S189. Each is linked with MIER2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER2-to-partner and partner-to-MIER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIER2 versus CD38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
