Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,241 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM38B, CEP78, and ALPL. Each is linked with MIER2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER2-to-partner and partner-to-MIER2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIER2 versus TMEM38B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
