Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,072 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with MIER2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER2-to-partner and partner-to-MIER2 results are reported.
