MIER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,417 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DR1, TRAP1, and SERPINB8. Each is linked with MIER1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER1-to-partner and partner-to-MIER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
