Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIEN1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIEN1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher MIEN1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIEN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where MIEN1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
