MIEN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERBB2, GRB7, and PSME3. Each is linked with MIEN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEN1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIEN1 versus ERBB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
