MIEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, RNA5SP411, and GOLGA6L16P. Each is linked with MIEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEN1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by MIEN1-low versus MIEN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
