MIEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, RNA5SP302, and RBM17P1. Each is linked with MIEF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEF2-to-partner and partner-to-MIEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by MIEF2-low versus MIEF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
