MID2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,209 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, KIF15_S568, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with MID2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID2-to-partner and partner-to-MID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MID2 versus RAI14 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
