Across TCGA cell cohorts, MID2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,479 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with MID2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID2-to-partner and partner-to-MID2 results are reported.
