MID1IP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID1IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID1IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, ZNF808, and ADNP2. Each is linked with MID1IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1IP1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by MID1IP1-low versus MID1IP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID1IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID1IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
