MID1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,175 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MID1_S96, MID1_S511, and RAB8A. Each is linked with MID1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MID1 versus MID1_S96 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
