Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,064 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMD, ARHGAP6, and NOVA1. Each is linked with MID1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MID1 versus DMD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
