Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with MID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MID1-low versus MID1-high in UCEC.
