Across TCGA cell cohorts, MID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,695 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to microtubule, Positive regulation of stress-activated MAPK cascade, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MID1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1 results are reported.
