MICU3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,762 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB26, ZC3H6, and ZNF720. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU3 versus ZBTB26 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
