MICU3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,960 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNTB2, CAVIN3, and CLPX. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU3 versus SNTB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
