MICU3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX1A, TPCN2, and CATSPER2. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU3 versus STX1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
