MICU3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, NCAPD3, and BAG3. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by MICU3-low versus MICU3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
