Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICU3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,587 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere capping, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Calcium import into the mitochondrion. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.
