MICU3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICU3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, LYZL4, and C9orf92. Each is linked with MICU3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU3-to-partner and partner-to-MICU3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by MICU3-low versus MICU3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
