MICU2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,370 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, XPO4, and KPNA3. Each is linked with MICU2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU2-to-partner and partner-to-MICU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU2 versus SUGT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
