MICU2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p21, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with MICU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU2-to-partner and partner-to-MICU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MICU2-low versus MICU2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
