MICU1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,109 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCU, BCAS1, and CCDC6. Each is linked with MICU1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU1-to-partner and partner-to-MICU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU1 versus MCU in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
