MICU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP76, RNA5SP106, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with MICU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU1-to-partner and partner-to-MICU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP76 grouped by MICU1-low versus MICU1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
