MICOS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,210 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL54, ATP5F1D, and NDUFB7. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICOS13 versus MRPL54 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
