MICOS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPP, PIN1, and YJU2. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICOS13 versus CLPP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
