Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,709 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICOS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, GMNN, and CXCL5. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICOS13 versus AQP9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
