MICOS13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,001 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSDL2, TUFM, and NDUFAB1. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICOS13 versus HSDL2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
