MICOS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P4, RN7SL726P, and MIR6075. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P4 grouped by MICOS13-low versus MICOS13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
