Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICOS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Positive regulation of lysosome organization. Each is linked with MICOS13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS13-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS13 results are reported.
