Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MICOS10P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MICOS10P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MICOS10P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MICOS10P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LUSC show a favorable association.

READ, LUSC, and OV are the cancer types where MICOS10P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
