MICG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,522 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of G0 to G1 transition, Natural killer cell cytokine production, and Ribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MICG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICG-to-partner and partner-to-MICG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of G0 to G1 transition grouped by MICG-low versus MICG-high in THCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
