Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MICB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICB-to-partner and partner-to-MICB results are reported.
