MICALL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,590 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL2_S153, MICALL2_S143, and MICALL2_S494. Each is linked with MICALL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICALL2 versus MICALL2_S153 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
