MICALL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGBL1, FGF1, and COL8A1. Each is linked with MICALL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICALL2 versus ITGBL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
