MICALL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49B, MRPS31P2, and MIR3908. Each is linked with MICALL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49B grouped by MICALL2-low versus MICALL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
