MICALL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICALL1_S414, MICALL1_S612, and ANXA1. Each is linked with MICALL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICALL1 versus MICALL1_S414 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
