Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,222 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICALL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, C22orf23, and FN3K. Each is linked with MICALL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICALL1 versus PHF5A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
