MICALL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICALL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD6G, OR5AC1, and RNU6-486P. Each is linked with MICALL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARD6G grouped by MICALL1-low versus MICALL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
