MICALL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICALL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, VPREB1, and ETDB. Each is linked with MICALL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by MICALL1-low versus MICALL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
