MICAL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICAL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, TREM1, and CLEC5A. Each is linked with MICAL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICAL2 versus PDLIM7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
