Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, CDT1, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with MICAL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by MICAL2-low versus MICAL2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
