Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,370 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with MICAL2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL2 results are reported.
