Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, CCDC182, and ACCSL. Each is linked with MICAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by MICAL2-low versus MICAL2-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
