MICAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,771 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP5D, LCP1, and SASH3. Each is linked with MICAL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICAL1 versus INPP5D in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
