MICAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC2R, MYH6, and BOD1L2. Each is linked with MICAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL1-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC2R grouped by MICAL1-low versus MICAL1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
