MICA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, LINC01727, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with MICA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICA-to-partner and partner-to-MICA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
